丹红注射液对慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的影响

目的：观察丹红注射液对慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的影响。方法：８０例慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规治疗（强心、利尿、抗感染、吸氧、祛痰、平喘等）；治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液治疗；１４ｄ为１个疗程。观察两组病例治疗前后的肺动脉压、血液流变学和全血 ＮＴ ｐｒｏＢＮＰ变化。结果：治疗组治疗后肺动脉高压、血液流变学指标和 ＮＴ ｐｒｏＢＮＰ较治疗前明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）；对照组治疗后肺动脉压和 ＮＴ ｐｒｏＢＮＰ较治疗前明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），血液流变学指标较治疗前无显著变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗后，治疗组肺动脉压和 ＮＴ ｐｒｏＢＮＰ显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：丹红注射液治疗急性加重期慢性肺源性心脏病可显著降低肺动脉高压和血液黏度，疗效显著。

Influence of Danhong Injection on Acute Aggravating Period of Chronic Cor Pulmonale

Objective：To observe the influence of Danhong injection on acute aggravating period of chronic cor pulmonale. Methods：80 cases with acute aggravating period of chronic cor pulmonale were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given conventional treatment （ cardiotonic, diuresis, anti-infection, oxygen, expelling phlegm, antiasthma, etc ）. The treatment group was given Danhong injection based on the control group ; 14 days for a course of treatment. Observe two groups of cases of the pulmonary artery pressure,blood rheology and whole blood NT-proBNP before and after treatment. Results：The pulmonary hypertension, blood rheology indexes and the NT-proBNP of treatment group were significantly lower than that before treatment（P 〈 0.05）. The pulmonary hypertension, blood rheology indexes and the NT-proBNP of control group were significantly lower than that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the blood rheology indexes had no significant change （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the pulmonary artery pressure and NT-proBNP of treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Danhong injection in treat- ment of acute aggravating period of chronic cor pulmonale can significantly reduce the pulmonary hypertension and blood viscosity with remarkable curative effect.
