活血利湿通淋汤联合前列舒康胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎临床研究

目的：探讨活血利湿通淋汤联合前列舒康胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将86例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例,对照组给予前列舒康胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加用活血利湿通淋汤治疗,治疗8周后比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组有效率为88.37%,对照组有效率为65.12%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分和白细胞计数分别为（7.45±1.02）分和（4.52±0.62）个·HP-1,均显著少于治疗前的（26.10±2.43）分和（17.03±2.10）个·HP-1和对照组的（15.48±2.02）分和（9.56±1.21）个·HP-1比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：活血利湿通淋汤联合前列舒康胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,且能降低炎症反应。

Clinical Analysis of Huoxue Lishi Tonglin Decoction Combined with Qianlieshukang Capsule Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Lishi Tonglin decoction combined with Qianlieshukang Capsule treat- ment of chronic prostatitis. Methods ：86 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups, each of 43 cases. The control group was given Qianlieshukang Capsule while the observation group was treated woth Huoxue Lishi Tonglin decoction on the ba- sis of the control group, and the clinical outcomes was compared between the two groups after eight weeks of treatment. Results ： The ef- fective rate of the observation group was 88.37% significantly higher than 65.12% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, the NIH - CPSI score and white blood cell counts of the observation group were （ 7.45 ± 1.02 ） points and（4.52 ± 0.62）/HP, which were significantly lower than （26.10 ±2.43 ） points and （17.03 ± 2.10 ）/HP before treatment and （ 15.48± 2.02 ） points and （ 9.56 ± 1.21 ）/HP of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Huoxue Lishi Tonglin Decoction combined with Qianlieshukang Capsule treatment of chronic prostatitis has significant effect, and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce inflammation and has better clinical value.
