钬激光治疗尿道术后吻合口狭窄的临床疗效分析

目的探讨采用钬激光内切开治疗尿道术后吻合口狭窄的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2006年2月至2008年10月于广东武警总队医院就诊的21例尿道术后吻合口狭窄的临床资料,21例均先采用输尿管镜或膀胱镜下钬激光内切开,后留置三腔气囊导尿管3～4周。结果手术均一次性成功,术中、术后无明显出血,留置尿管拔除均能自行排尿,随访3～18个月排尿通畅。结论钬激光治疗尿道狭窄疗效可靠,值得推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Treating Urethral Stoma Stricture after Transurethral Resection with Holmium Lair

Objective To investigate the effect of treating urethral stricture after transurethral resection with Holmium laser.Methods Retrospective analysis the data of 21 cases with urethral stricture after transurethral resection in Guangdong People′s Armed Police Force Hospital from 2006 to 2008,21 cases with urethral stricture who accepted the urethrotomy with holmium laser under ureteroscpy and indwelling catheter for 3～4 weeks.Result Operation were successful in 21 cases,no apparente postoperative and intraoperative bleeding,all cases could voluntary micturition after pulling out the detaining ureter,21 cases voiding patency who were followed up for 3～18 months.Conclusions The curative effect is reliable that treat nkylo-urethria with the Holmium laser,and it is worth spreading.
