| 摘 要： | 本文测定了119例癫痫患者和90例正常人的血液流变学指标,结果发现癫痫患者血小板粘附率、聚集率和红细胞电泳显著增高,提示癫痫患者血小扳活性亢进和红细胞聚集程度增高。作者认为癫痫患者的微循环障碍与此有关。

| Abstract: | The parameters of blood rheology were measured in 119 cases with epilepsy and in 90 normal subjects as control group. The results showed that platelet adhesion rate,aggregation rate and erythrocytic elec-trophoresis in epileptics were significantly higher than those in control group ?which indicated that both increased platlet activity and hyperhemagglutination were existed in epileptics. The authors considered the results above-cited may be related to disfunctions of microcirculation in epileptics. |
