中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的研究

目的　探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)的临床疗效。方法　将 6 0例CRF患者随机分为治疗组 (35例 )和对照组 (2 5例 )。对照组给予常规西药治疗。治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上辨证、辨病加服中药汤剂治疗。 2组均以 3个月为 1个疗程。结果　治疗组治疗后血尿素氮 (BUN ,(13.5 3± 7.82 )mmol/L)和血肌酐 (SCr,(398± 35 .15 ) μmol/L)均显著低于对照组 (分别为 (15 .38± 8.0 4 )mmol/L、(42 5± 4 4 .18) μmol/L) ,P均 <0 .0 5 ;内生肌酐清除率(Ccr,(2 4 .30± 14 .4 6 )mL/min)显著高于对照组 ((2 2 .84± 13.85 )mL/min) ,P <0 .0 5。治疗组总有效率为 90 % ,对照组为 5 7% ,2组疗效差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　中西医结合治疗CRF可降低BUN、SCr,提高Ccr ,疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Study of chronic renal failure treated with integrated traditio nal Chinese and western medicine

Objective It is to discuss the clinical curative eff ect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods 60 patients with CRF were randomly divided into treatment group ( 35 cases) and control group (25 cases). The control group was treated with conventional wester n medicine. The treatment group was treated with TCM decoctions taken orally acc ording to TCM syndrome differentiation and type based on the therapy of the cont rol group. The therapeutic courses of the two groups were both three months. Results After treatment the blood urea nitrogen (BUN, (13.53±7.82) mmol/L) and serum creatinine rate (SCr, (398±35.15) μmol/L) in treatment group were significantly lower than those ((15.38±8.04) mmol/L, (425±44.18) μmol/L) in control group (P<0.05). The endogenous creatinine rate (Ccr, (24.30±14.46)m L/min) wer e significantly hig herthan that ((22.84±13.85)mL/min) in control group. The to tal effective rate in treatment group was 90% and that in control group was 56.7%. The curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chin ese and western me dicine on CRF can lower BUN and SCr, raise Ccr. Its curative effect is superior to western medicine only.
