| 摘 要： | 研究表明，拉莫三嗪对脑缺血具有神经保护作用，其机制较为复杂，涉及多个方面，如对离子通道、氨基酸神经递质、自由基和脂质过氧化的作用等。文章就近年来拉莫三嗪对脑缺血的神经保护作用及其机制的研究进展做了综述。

| Abstract: | Studies have shown that lamotrigine has neuroprotective effect in cerebral ischemia. Its mechanisms are more complicated and involve in various aspects, such as the effects on ion channel, amino acid neurotransmitter, free radical and lipid peroxide. The article reviews the recent progress in research on the neuroprotective effect and its mechanism of lamotrigine in cerebral ischemia. |
