母婴床旁护理在产科护理中的应用效果

目的 探讨母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2014年9月在产科住院的192对母婴为对照组,2014年10月住院的189对母婴为干预组。对照组采用传统护理模式,干预组采用母婴床旁护理模式,比较两组产妇的新生儿护理技能掌握情况和对护理服务的满意度。结果 干预组产妇的新生儿护理技能各项得分均高于对照组,其中沐浴、抚触、臀部护理、脐部护理得分在两组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预组产妇及家属对护理态度、护理技术和健康教育的满意度均高于对照组,其中护理态度、健康教育满意度两组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 母婴床旁护理能促进产妇掌握新生儿护理技能,提高其对护理服务满意度。

Application effectstudy of maternal-infant bedside nursing in obstetric department

Objective To investigate the application effect of maternal-infant bedside nursing model in obstetric department.Methods 192 pairs of mother-infant shospitalized in our obstetric department during Sep 2014 were selected as control group, and 189 pairs hospitalized during Oct 2014 selected as study group.Mother-infant bedside nursing was carried out in the study group, and routineobstetric nursing in the control group, and finallythematernal mastering level of neonatal nursing skills and their satisfaction rate of nursing services between thetwo groups were compared.Results The neonatal nursing skill scores in the puerperae of study group were higher than those in the control group, while the score differences of bathing, touching, hipand umbilical nursing between the two groups all were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the other hand, the satisfaction rate of nursing skills, nursing attitudeand health education in the puerperae and her relatives of study group were higher than that in thecontrol group, while the score differences of nursing attitude and health education both were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal-infant bedside nursing could promote thepuerperaeto master neonatal nursing skills and further improve their satisfaction rate of nursing services.
