白芨加甲基叔丁醚灌注溶解胆固醇结石的研究

摘    要:目的 观察白芨浆对甲基叔丁醚灌注溶石时动物的胆囊黏膜损伤的保护作用.方法 将24只大白兔随机分为A、B、C、D四组,每组6只,观察白芨对甲基叔丁醚溶解胆结石的溶石率及白芨对胆囊黏膜的影响.结果 白芨对甲基叔丁醚溶解胆结石的溶石率无明显影响(B组92.54%,C组91.11%,D组91.28%,P>0.05);白芨对胆囊壁黏膜具有保护作用,明显减轻甲基叔丁醚的副作用.结论 白芨解除了甲基叔丁醚灌注溶石的副作用,为灌注溶石的广泛开展提供支持.

Expermental study on common bletilla tube plasm with methyl tertiary butyl ether in dissolving cholesterol calculus
Abstract:Objective To observe the common bletilla tube plasm (CBTP) function of protection for mucous membrane of gallbladder when pouring methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE) into gall bladder to dissolve cholesterol calculus. Methods Twenty-four Rabits were divied into A, B, C, D 4groups, every group has six Rabits, observe the CBTP function of protection for mucous membrane of gallbladder after pouring MTBE into gallbladder to dissolve cholesterol calculus. Results CBTP has not obviously influence for the effect of MTBE dissolving gallstone( B group 92.54% ,C group91.11%, D group 91.28% ,P > 0.05 ). CBTP has protection for mucous membrane of gallbladder after pouring MTBE into gall bladder to dissolve cholesterol calculus. CBTP can protect gall bladder and obviously relieve adverse reaction of MT- BE. Conclusion CBTP obviously relieve adverse reaction of MTBE, provide support for the perfusion litholytic.
