吞咽筛选试验在脑卒中患者康复评估中的应用

采用吞咽筛选试验对６０例脑卒中患者吞咽机能进行评估，设置３２例为对照组，对脑卒中患者的并发症、住院日、体重及营养等情况进行记录，并对实验组中摄食—吞咽障碍者进行相应的康复训练。结果实验组的患者经过吞咽筛选试验后，能及时采取相应措施，在并发症、体重下降幅度、缩短住院日方面优于对照组。表明吞咽筛选试验能够及时发现患者是否存在咽下困难，及早采取针对性的措施，以减少并发症，同时使病人的营养得到保障，对脑卒中患者的整体康复起着积极作用

Application of the Swallow sieved Test in Estimation on Recovery of Apoplectic Patients

The swallow sieved test was performed in this experiment, in order to estimate the swallow function in 60 cases of apoplectic patient. The control group was set in 32 cases of patient with no swallow-sieved test. Records on the complication, hospitalized date,body weight and the nutrition of the apoplectic patients were done. The recovery training was also performed in those with ingestion-swallow obstacle. The results showed that the apoplectic patients in the experimental group, following the swallow-sieved test and proper treatment, were better than the ones in the control group in complications, extents of the body weight loss and the shorten hospitalized date. It implied that the swallow-sieved test was significant in the holistic recovery of apoplectic patients by finding the swallow obstacle in time, and then performing the proper treatment in order to decrease the complications and assure the nutrition.
