腹腔置管引流并用丹参治疗重症急性胰腺炎

目的探讨腹腔置管引流术并用丹参治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床价值。方法1999～2001年28例为对照组,2001～2004年33例为治疗组,两组患者均常规给予禁食、解痉、抑酸,抑制胰酶分泌治疗。治疗组每天加用丹参注射液250ml静脉滴注,行床边腹腔置管引流术。结果治疗组治愈率84.8%,并发症发生率30.3%,死亡率9.1%,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论腹腔微创置管引流术并用丹参治疗重症急性胰腺炎是一种操作简单、疗效显著的方法。

Study on the treatment for severe acute pancreatitis with Danshen injection and the drainage of abdominal cavity

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Danshen injection and the drainage of abdominal cavity by indwelling drain pipe for treating severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods The data of 61 cases hospitalized of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP ) were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,28 cases from January 1999 to December 2001 were the control group;and 33 cases from January 2001 to December 2004 were the treated group.Both groups were treated by fasting,spasmolysis,inhibiting gastric acid and panceatic enzyme secretion.The treated groups were treated with Dan shen injection 250 ml iv.Qd,the drainage of abdominal cavity with indwelling a mini-invasive drain pipe.The effects were compared in the two groups.Results The cure rate in the treated group was 84.8%,the complication incidence rate was 30.3%,the death rate was 9.1%,compared with the control group,there were significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The drainage of abdominal cavity with indwelling a mini invasive drain pipe and Dan shen injection is simple and effective means in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
