压疮管理小组在压疮护理中的作用

目的探讨压疮管理小组在压疮护理中的作用。方法成立压疮管理小组,确立管理目标,实施专项理论培训,制订压疮危险评估表和压疮情况报告表,建立管理流程。结果压疮管理小组成立2年内,共收治院外带入压疮患者134例,治愈104例,好转19例,治愈及好转率为91.79%,实现了院内压疮零发生。结论压疮管理小组的建立对压疮护理管理具有积极的督促作用,能为临床护士提供新的理论和方法,有效降低压疮的发生。

Effects of the pressure ulcer management group in pressure ulcer care

Objective To explore the effects of pressure ulcer management group in pressure ulcer care. Methods A pressure ulcer management group was set up. Management targets were established,and specific theoretical training was implemented,and a pressure ulcer risk assessment sheet and a pressure ulcer report form were developed, and the management process was installed. Results Within the recent two years, a total of 134 cases of pressure ulcer patients from other hospital were treated,among which 104 cases were cured and 19 cases were improved. The rate of cure and improvement was 91.79%. There was no new pressure ulcer case happening in the hospital. Conclusion The pressure ulcer management group plays a positive and supervising role in pressure ulcer nursing management. It can provide new theories and methods for nurses to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer.
