256层螺旋CT对多房性囊性肾癌的诊断价值

目的探讨256层螺旋CT在对囊性肾脏诊断中的应用价值。方法收集经手术病理证实的肾癌病例32例,其中囊性肾癌4例,术前均做CT平扫、CT增强,部分病例还做过MRI检查。回顾性分析影像表现。结果囊性肾癌占肾癌总数的12.5%,囊性病灶内有分隔,分隔及囊壁不均匀增厚,厚度大于1mm,并有不同程度强化。结论 256层螺旋CT对囊性肾癌的诊断价值极大,能很好地指导临床手术进行。对术前治疗方案的评估有很强的指导意义。

256-slice spiral CT diagnostic value of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma

Objective To explore the application value of the 256-slice spiral CT in thediagnosis of cystic kidney.Method Collect 32 cases confirmed by pathology of renal cell carcinoma cases,including four cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma,the preoperative CT scan.enhanced CT,in some cases did the MRI examination.Retrospective analysis ofimaging findings.Results The cystic renal cell carcinoma accounted for 12.5% of the total number of kidney cancer,cystic lesions have separated,separated and non-uniform wallthickening,thickness greater than 1mm,and have varying degrees of strengthening.Conclusion The diagnostic value of the 256-slice spiral CT of cystic renal cell carcinomacan be a good guide clinical surgery.Preoperative assessment of treatment options is of great guiding significance.
