| Abstract: | With homologous cloning strategy,we design a pair of primer according to the codingregion of rat ALR gene, human ALR gene wasamplified by RT--PCR from human fetus liver cell.After inserted into vector pBV220 the gene washighly expressed in E. coli. SDS--PAGE provedthat 25% of somatic protein of rhALR wasexpressed. |
