Abstract:With homologous cloning strategy, we design a pair of primer according to the coding region of rat ALR gene, human ALR gene was amplified by RT--PCR from human fetus liver cell. After inserted into vector pBV220 the gene was highly expressed in E. coli. SDS--PAGE proved that 25% of somatic protein of rhALR was expressed.
