摘    要:目的:提取分离板蓝根化学成分.方法:板蓝根用95%乙醇渗漉,用不同极性溶剂分级萃取,再分别用硅胶和大孔树脂作柱层析分离,测定纯化合物的理化常数和波谱数据,鉴定化学结构.结果:从板蓝根中分得31个化合物.结论:12个为已知化合物,19个为新发现化合物,其中6个为新化合物,3个为首次从自然界中分离而得.

Abstract:Objective:To extract and separate the chemical constituents from radix isatidis. Method:Radix isatidis was percolated with 95% ethanol, partitioned by solvents with different polarities and finally isolated on silica gel and macroporous resin columns. The purified compounds obtained were identified and structurally elucidated by their physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results:31 compounds were obtained from radix isatidis. Conclusion:There exists 12 known compounds and 19 constituents originally isolated from radix isatidis. 6 compounds are new and 3 compounds are discovered from the nature source firstly.
