动脉穿刺致假性动脉瘤原因及治疗对策探讨

目的探讨动脉直接穿刺致假性动脉瘤的发生原因及治疗效果。方法分析本院介入诊疗中心2009年10月～2010年5月525例直接穿刺动脉导致的4例假性动脉瘤患者的临床及治疗情况。结果 4例均治愈,其中3例徒手压迫,1例行外科修补。结论股动脉直接穿刺术后患者发生股动脉假性动脉瘤与多种因素有关,治疗上可以采用直接压迫、外科修补、瘤腔内注射凝血酶的方法来治疗。

Reasons and the treatment strategy of pseudoaneurysm caused by artery puncture

Objective：To investigate the causes and treatment of pseudoaneurysm caused direct puncture.Methods：In Intervention Center from October 2009 to May 2010,525 cases received direct artery puncture,and in which four aneurysms were found.Results All patients were cured,with manual compression in 3 patients and one with routine surgical repair.Conclusion：Pseudoaneurysm after femoral artery puncture occurred with a variety of factors,and treatment include direct pressure,surgical repair and tumor thrombin injection.
