| 摘 要： | 目的观察益。肾活血法对慢性肾衰竭大鼠Ⅲ型胶原（ColⅢ）、层粘连蛋白（LN）的影响。方法采用腺嘌呤制备慢性。肾衰竭动物模型。检测大鼠血清LN的变化，运用免疫组化法观察肾组织ColⅢ蛋白表达。结果益肾活血法能降低血清LN的含量，降低肾间质中ColⅢ蛋白的表达。结论益肾活血法通过抑制ColⅢ、LN的增生，干预肾间质纤维化，进而延缓慢性肾衰竭。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the therapy of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation on the chronic renal failure rat of Col Ⅲ and LN. Methods： The model of chronic renal failure caused by adenine. Changes of LN in blood serum was observed and expression of Col m protein in nephridial tissue was examined by immunohisto-chemistry. Results： The therapy of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation could reduces LN in rat blood. It relieves Col Ⅲ expression in nephridil tissue. Conclusion： Therapy of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation can delay chronic renal failure by reducing ColⅢ, LN, and interfere renal interstitial fibrosis. |
