COPD患者血浆白介素17及白三烯B4的水平

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者和稳定期患者血浆白介素17及白三烯B4的含量及其两含量的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定30例COPD患者急性加重期和缓解期血浆IL-17、LTB4含量并进行相关性分析。30例性别和年龄相匹配的健康人为对照组。结果COPD急性加重期患者和缓解期患者血浆IL-17、LTB4的含量均高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05），且急性加重期又高于缓解期，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。COPD急性加重期患者和缓解期患者血浆LTB4含量均与IL-17呈正相关。结论IL-17参与了COPD的炎症过程，而与LTB4呈正相关。

The Plasma Levels and Significance of IL-17, LTB4 in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To study the plasma levels of interleukin-17,1eukotriene B4 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） both during acute exacerbation and remission stage with and its relationship between IL-17 and LTB4. Methods 30 blood samples were obtained in patients with COPD both during acute exacerbation and remission stage. Thirty healthy subjects served as normal controls. The levels of IL-17 and LTB4 in the plasma were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results The levels of IL-17 and LTB4 in patients with COPD during acute exacerbation and remission stage were significantly higher than those in the normal control group（P〈0.05） and the levels of IL-17 and LTB4 in the patients in acute exacerbation were significantly higher than those in the remission stage（P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-17 in patients with COPD both during acute exacerbation and remission stage correlated positively with those of LTB4. Conclusion The levels of IL-17 and LTB4 in patients with COPD are significantly increased. IL-17 may play a role in the inflammation process of COPD and correlate positively with LTB4.
