自贡市老年精神病患者指骨骨密度分析

目的了解自贡市老年精神病患者骨质疏松症患病情况,为骨质疏松防治工作提供参考。方法对我院1094例老年精神病患者非习惯性用手的第2、3、4手指进行骨密度（BMD）测量,以10岁为一个年龄组。取三个手指的平均骨密度值,按性别年龄分组采用SPSS11.0软件进行统计学分析。结果①按年龄分组,从50岁以后开始男性和女性随着年龄的增大,BMD值和骨密度T值逐渐降低,女性降低幅度明显高于男性（P〈0.05）。②女性在60岁以后可见明显的骨量丢失加速,男性的骨量丢失是逐渐和缓慢进行的。女性的患病率明显高于男性（P〈0.05）。结论 BMD测量可及早检出骨质疏松,而指骨BMD测量是一种简便易行的方法。骨质疏松症多见于老年女性,应加强防治。自贡地区老年人骨质疏松的发病率较高,主要与自贡市饮食习惯有关。老年精神病人骨质疏松的发病率较高。

Analysis of bone mineral density of the phalange in elderly psychiatric patients from Zigong city

Objective To investigate the incidence of osteoporosis in elderly psychiatric patients from Zigong by means of BMD measurement so as to provide reference for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Methods Bone mineral density（BMD） determination by Agfa-CR35-X（bone mineral density measurement system） and measurements of the non-habitual middle phalange（2-4） were conducted in 1 084 elderly psychiatric patients who were grouped at 10-year age interval.The average BMD of three fingers was statistical analysis in gender and age groups by SPSS11 0.Results（1） Among people aged over 50 years,level of BMD and T declined with the increasing of age in female groups and male groups.The decrease rate of female groups was significantly higher than that of male groups.（2） Among people aged over 60 years,the bone loss rate of female groups was accelerated,male groups declined gradually and slowly.The incidence of osteoporosis in the female groups was significantly higher than that of the male groups.Conclusion The incidence of osteoporosis is higher in elderly psychiatric patients,and osteoporosis can be detected early by measurement of BMD.
