鼻内窥镜下高频电凝止血应用于鼻出血的临床评价

目的：评价鼻内窥镜下高频电凝止血麻用于鼻出血的临床疗效。方法：选择100例鼻出血患者，随机分为2组，分别采用凡士林纱条填塞和鼻内窥镜高频电凝止血术．比较术后患者鼻腔疼痛或头痛状况、抽取填塞物时的出血量状况、鼻腔恢复通气和黏膜恢复天数情况。结果：采用鼻内窥镜高频电凝止血术患者鼻腔疼痛或头痛状况、抽取填塞物时的出血量状况、鼻腔恢复通气和黏膜恢复天数情况均优于采用凡士林纱条填塞的患者，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：经鼻内窥镜下高频电凝止血术更为有效，安全，更能减轻患者的痛苦和不良刺激。

Clinical evaluation of endoscopic high frequent electrocoagulation for epistaxis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of endoscopic high frequent electrocoagulation in treatment of epistaxis.Methods:100 patients with epistaxis selected from our hospital were divided into two groups rondamly,and treated with endoscopic high frequent electrocoagulation and vaseline gauze packing respectively.The headache and pain of nasal cavity after treatment,the volume of bleeding after extracting the packing material and the time of reinstatement ventilation and mucous membrane restoration in two groups were compared.Results:The state in the electrocoagulation group was better than that of the other one,with significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic high frequent electrocoagulation is a more effective and safe way to treat epistaxis,and can reduce the pain as well as adverse stimulation.
