8种中药醇提取液对两种自由基抑制能力的测定方法

目的：探讨中药的醇提取液对两种自由基的抑制作用，为研制抗衰老药物奠定基础。方法：用邻苯三酚法测定8种中药醇提取液对超氧阴离子自由基（O2^-）的抑制作用，用Fonten反应检测8种中药醇提取液对羟自由基（HO）的抑制作用。结果：8种中药醇提取液对O2^-的抑制能力为：五味子〉绿茶〉甘草〉黄芪〉川芎〉熟地〉党参〉丹参；对HO的抑制能力为：绿茶〉五味子〉甘草〉川芎〉熟地〉党参〉丹参〉黄芪。结论：8种中药醇提取液对O2^-和HO均有清除作用。
