| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿发育性髋关节脱位（DDH）的手术治疗方法和效果。方法采用Salter髋骨截骨法，髋臼加盖成形术和联合式手术方法治疗患儿43例48髋。结果经3．5-13年（平均7．5年）随访，优良率66．O％。结论正确选择术式是治疗DDH获得良好疗效的关键，而术式的选择要根据主要病理变化并结合年龄进行，牵引后股骨头下降的水平可作为股骨短缩截骨参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the operative method and curative effect for children DDH.Methods 48 joints of 43 cases of such patient were underwent salter resection,joint cover and combined operation. Results The good effective rate was 66.0% after 3.5 to 13 years follow-up.Conclusion The reliable operation might be better method for children DDH according to pathology and age to assess the joint decreasing level. |
