大鼠屏状核神经元中雄激素与雌激素受体的表达

摘    要:目的:研究雄激素受体(androgenreceptor,AR)与雌激素受体(estrogenreceptor,ER)在大鼠屏状核神经元中的表达及生物学意义。方法:取80只性成熟期Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半。随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I、J组。用免疫组织化学染色方法检测AR、ER在屏状核神经元中的表达,四格表确切概率法行χ2检验分析。结果:AR在大鼠屏状核神经元中的阳性表达率,在D组(去势雄性雄激素干预)与F组(去势雄性)、H组(正常雄性雄激素干预)与J组(正常雄性)、F组与J组、G组(正常雌性雄激素干预)与I组(正常雌性)、F组与E组(去势雌性)之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);余各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ER在大鼠屏状核神经元中的阳性表达率,在E组与I组、E组与A组(去势雌性雌激素干预)、G组与I组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);余各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:(1)鼠脑屏状核神经元中AR、ER均有表达;(2)大鼠屏状核为雌、雄激素的靶组织之一,雌、雄激素可能通过其受体作用于屏状核神经元而发挥其生物学效应;(3)雌、雄激素对ER、AR表达的影响在雌、雄两性可能有不同之处;(4)屏状核可能在对性冲动的唤醒及性行为中起着重要的内分泌作用。

Abstract:e: Objective: To investigate expression of androgen and estrogen receptors in the rat claustrum. Methods: 80 sexually matureated rats were divided into group A (after ovariectomy operation given estrogen injection ), B (after ovariectomy operation given androgen injection), C (after orchectomy operation given estrogen injection), D (after orchectomy operation given androgen injection), E (ovariectomy operation), F (orchectomy operation) six experimentale and G (normal female rats androgen injection), H (normal male rats androgen injection), I (normal female rats), J (normal male rats) four control groups; expressions of AR and ER were detected and analysed by immunohistochemical method. Result:There were significant statistical differences between group D and F, H and J, F and J, G and I, F and E (P<0.05) on the expression of AR. The other groups had no statistical differentces (P>0.05). Also there were significant statistical differences between group E and 1, E and A,G and I (P<0.05) on the expression of ER, the other group had no statistical differences (P>0.05). Conclusions: (1) AR and ER are both expressed in the claustrum. the test can confirm that there have AR or ER in claustrum. (2) The claustrum is one of the target tissue of estrogen and androgen. Estrogen and androgen can exert its biological role by affecting on claustrum. (3) It has provided basis which claustrum plays an important endocrine role in sexual arousing and the sexual activity. (4) It clues that androgen and estrogen may have different influence between male and female .
