精细护理在肿瘤患者PET/CT检查的应用

目的探讨精细护理干预对肿瘤患者PET/CT显像检查质量的影响。方法选取本院于2018年5月—2019年5月收治的80例行PET/CT显像检查的肿瘤患者,按照随机等分方法分为两组,每组40例,对照组开展传统护理干预,观察组基于此,实施精细护理干预,对比两组PET/CT显像检查质量及护理满意度。结果观察组显像没有达标率(5.00%)显著低于对照组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对精细护理、护士态度的满意度评分均较对照组偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而检查中的护理满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对肿瘤患者,在其开展PET/CT显像检查时,通过开展精细护理干预,能提高检查质量与护理满意度。

Application of Fine Nursing in PET/CT Examination of Tumor Patients

Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing intervention on the quality of PET/CT imaging in cancer patients.Methods 80 patients with tumors who underwent PET/CT imaging in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention.Based on this,the observation group was given fine nursing intervention.The quality of PET/CT imaging and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The failure rate of imaging in the observation group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of patients in observation group on fine nursing and nurses'attitude were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction in examination(P>0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing intervention can improve the quality of examination and nursing satisfaction of patients with tumors when carrying out PET/CT imaging examination.
