介入护士心理韧性现状调查及影响因素分析

目的探讨介入护士心理韧性现状调查及影响因素分析。方法选择2017年9月—2018年11月的全国介入科护士115名作为对象,采用Connor-Dabidson韧性量表对介入科护士能力韧性现状进行调查,根据调查结果分为韧性良好组与韧性差组。查阅两组护士资料,记录并统计其学历、性别、工龄及年龄,并对上述因素进行单因素及多因素Logistic分析。结果115名介入护士均完成心理韧性调查,韧性良好组共有护士72名,占62.61%,得分为(89.58±6.39)分,高于韧性差组,得分(71.34±4.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单因素结果表明:介入护士心理韧性与学历、性别、工龄及年龄差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic分析结果表明:学历、性别、工龄、年龄是介入护士心理韧性的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论介入护士心理韧性较低,影响因素较多,应根据影响因素制定有效的干预措施,提高介入护士心理韧性。

Investigation on Psychological Resilience of Interventional Nurses and Analysis of Influencing Factors

Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological resilience of interventional nurses and the analysis of influencing factors.Methods A total of 115 nurses from the national interventional department from September 2017 to November 2018 were selected.The Connor-Dabidson Resilience Scale was used to investigate the current status of nurses’ability resilience.According to the survey results,they were divided into the good resilience group and the poor resilience group.Check the data of the two groups of nurses,record and count their academic qualifications,gender,length of service and age,and conduct single-factor and multifactor Logistic analysis on the above factors.Results A total of 115 interventional nurses completed the psychological resilience survey.There were 72 nurses in the good resilience group,accounting for 62.61%,with a score of(89.58±6.39)points,which was higher than the poor resilience group,(71.34±4.58)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The single factor results showed that the psychological resilience and education,gender,length of service and age of the intervention nurses were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis showed that education,gender,and age of service were the protective factors of psychological resilience of interventional nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional nurses have low psychological resilience and many influencing factors.Effective intervention measures should be developed according to the influencing factors to improve the psychological resilience of intervention nurses.
