健康管理中护理质量持续改进中PDCA循环法的应用

目的评价健康管理中护理质量持续改进中PDCA循环法的应用效果。方法选取本院在2017年1月—2019年3月收治的240例慢性病患者,按摸球法分为对照组(n=120)及观察组(n=120),对照组行常规健康管理,观察组在成立PDCA循环管理小组,对健康管理环节行持续质量改进,比较两组管理效果。结果观察组护理服务、基础护理、健康管理、护理技能为(93.84±2.36)分、(95.84±2.41)分、(96.03±2.18)分、(96.71±2.02)分均高于对照组(84.75±4.35)分、(86.95±4.41)分、(85.02±4.08)分、(86.12±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康行为高于对照组,护理质量满意度98.33%高于对照组的88.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康管理中护理质量持续改进工作中应用PDCA循环法,能提高护理管理质量,临床价值高。

Application of PDCA Cycle Method in Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality in Health Management

Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the continuous improvement of nursing quality in health management.Methods A total of 240 patients with chronic diseases admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were divided into the control group(n=120)and the observation group(n=120)according to the ball method.The control group was received routine health management.The observation team was set up the PDCA cycle management team to improve the quality of the health management links and compare the management effects of the two groups.Results The observation groups’nursing service,basic nursing,health management and nursing skills were(93.84±2.36)points,(95.84±2.41)points,(96.03±2.18)points,(96.71±2.02)points were higher than the control group(84.75±4.35)points,(86.95±4.41)points,(85.02±4.08)points,(86.12±4.12)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health behavior of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the satisfaction quality of nursing was 98.33%higher than that of the control group(88.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method in the continuous improvement of nursing quality in health management can improve the quality of nursing management and has high clinical value.
