经颅多普勒和颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管病的价值

目的探讨缺血性脑血管疾病中经颅多普勒超声与颈动脉超声联合检查法的诊断价值。方法2017年10月—2019年10月本院接诊的疑似缺血性脑血管疾病患者90例,并对其施以经颅多普勒超声与颈动脉超声检查。将数字减影血管造影检查的结果作为标准,评估经颅多普勒超声与颈动脉超声联合诊断的准确性。结果本组经颅多普勒超声与颈动脉超声联合诊断的灵敏性90.28%、准确率91.11%,比颈动脉超声诊断的61.11%、67.78%高,P<0.05。结论采取经颅多普勒超声与颈动脉超声联合检验法对缺血性脑血管疾病患者进行诊断,可显著提升其病情诊断的准确率,减少误诊亦或者是漏诊风险,确保患者能够及时接受对症治疗。

The Value of Transcranial Doppler and Carotid Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transcranial Doppler and carotid ultrasound in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,90 patients with suspected ischemic cerebrovascular disease were examined by transcranial doppler and carotid ultrasound.The results of DSA were used as criteria to evaluate the accuracy of TCD combined with carotid ultrasound.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of TCD combined with carotid ultrasound were 90.28%and 91.11%,higher than 61.11%and 67.78%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion TCD combined with carotid ultrasound can significantly improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,reduce the risk of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,and ensure that patients can receive timely symptomatic treatment.
