胃功能四项在胃部疾病早期筛查中的应用

目的探究胃功能四项在胃部疾病早期筛查中的应用效果。方法选取40例胃部疾病患者作为观察组,另选取40例健康体检者作为对照组。对两组患者进行胃功能四项检查,观察对比两组患者胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)和胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平、胃蛋白酶原比值(PGR)及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性检出情况。结果观察组PGⅠ(217.5±10.8)μg/L、PGⅡ(16.1±1.7)μg/L、PGR(53.5±2.8)、Hp(3.02±0.38)μg/L均高于对照组的(165.4±9.4)μg/L、(10.7±1.5)μg/L、(21.5±1.2)、(0.81±0.13)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃部疾病患者的胃功能四项与普通健康者具有明显差异,可以作为临床的诊断标准,通过分析受检者的胃功能四项来了解患者的病情,有益于治疗工作的开展,值得推广。

Application of four items of gastric function in early screening of gastric diseases

Objective To investigate the application effect of four items of gastric function in early screening of gastric diseases. Methods There were 40 gastric diseases patients selected as observation group, and another 40 cases of physical examination selected as control group. Both groups received four items tests of gastric function, and the levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ) and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ), pepsinogen ratio(PGR), and Helicobacter pylori(Hp) were detected and compared in the two groups. Results The levels of PGⅠ(217.5± 10.8) μg/L, PGⅡ(16.1±1.7) μg/L, PGR(53.5±2.8) and Hp(3.02±0.38) μg/L in the observation group was higher than(165.4±9.4) μg/L,(10.7±1.5) μg/L,(21.5±1.2) and(0.81±0.13) μg/L in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The Hp positive detection rate was 90.0%(36/40) in the observation group, which was higher than 62.5%(25/40) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.352, P<0.05). Conclusion The four items of gastric function in patients with gastric disease are significantly different from those of ordinary healthy people, which can be used as clinical diagnostic criteria. The patients ’ condition can be understood by analyzing the four items of gastric functions of patients, which is beneficial to the development of treatment work. It is worth promoting.
