肺癌化疗实施护理干预的睡眠质量和生活质量观察

目的探讨肺癌化疗患者实施护理干预对其睡眠质量和生活质量的影响。方法将肿瘤科80例肺癌化疗患者(2017年1月—2019年4月)纳入研究,用计算机进行随机分组,分为:常规组(n=40)、干预组(n=40),对常规组进行常规护理,对干预组实施优质护理干预,分析患者睡眠质量、生活质量及不良反应状况。结果干预组消化系统症状、头晕头痛、食欲不振发生率与常规组组间对比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理后PSQI评分与常规组组间对比更低,EORTCQLQ-C30评分与常规组组间对比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者实施优质护理干预可减少不良反应,并改善睡眠质量和生活质量。

Observation on Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Nursing Intervention for Lung Cancer Chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy(from January 2017 to April 2019)were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:the routine group(n=40)and the intervention group(n=40),routine care was performed on the routine group,quality intervention was performed on the intervention group,and the patients’sleep quality,quality of life and adverse reaction status were analyzed.Results The incidence of digestive symptoms,dizziness,headache and loss of appetite in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the routine group,and the EORTCQLQ-C30 score was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can reduce adverse reactions and improve sleep quality and quality of life.
