生精育子汤治疗男性不育症患者中少弱精症的疗效研究

目的分析生精育子汤治疗男性不育症患者中少弱精症的临床疗效。方法 200例男性不育症少弱精症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各100例。治疗组给予生精育子汤煎汤口服治疗,对照组给予中成药五子衍宗丸口服治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后精子密度和质量变化。结果治疗组总有效率为82.0%,高于对照组的49.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组前向运动精子(35.6±15.8)%和精子密度(46.6±8.7)×10^6/ml均高于对照组的(26.8±13.5)%、(29.6±5.8)×10^6/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生精育子汤与五子衍宗丸均能提高精子的密度和质量,生精育子汤疗效明显优于五子衍宗丸。生精育子汤效果确切,简便廉验,经济适用,可大力推广于临床。

Study on the effect of Shengjing Yuzi decoction on oligospermia and asthenospermia in male infertility patients

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shen gjing Yuzi decoction on oligospermia and asthenospermia in male infertility patients. Methods A total of 200 cases of male infertility with oligospermia and asthenospermia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by oraladministration of Shengjing Yuzi decoction, and the control group was treated by oral administration of Chinese patent medicine of Wuzi Yanzong pills. The clinical efficacy, changes in sperm density and quality before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 82.0% in the treatment group, which was higher than 49.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the forward movement sperm(35.6 ±15.8)% and sperm density(46.6±8.7)×10^6/ml in the treatment group was higher than(26.8±13.5)%,(29.6±5.8)×106/ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Both Shengjing Yuzi decoction and Wuzi Yanzong pills can improve the sperm density and quality, and the effect of Shengjing Yuzi decoction is better than Wuzi Yanzong pills. Shengjing Yuzi decoction is effective, simple, economical and applicable, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
