联合用药在脑卒中后癫痫患者临床治疗中的应用

目的研究观察丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗脑卒中后癫痫的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院从2018年8月—2019年8月期间收治的脑卒中后癫痫患者共100例,以此作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和观察组,每组各50例,参照组患者单独使用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组患者实施丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率94%(47/50)明显高于参照组64%(32/50),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.060,P<0.05);观察组患者的各炎性因子水平明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗不仅可以有效控制癫痫发展,还能减少不良反应发生,减轻炎性反应,提高患者的安全,临床效果明显。

Clinical Effect of Sodium Valproate Combined With Levetiracetam in the Treatment of Post-Stroke Epilepsy

Objective To study the clinical effect of sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of post-stroke epilepsy.Methods A total of 100 patients with post-stroke epilepsy admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with sodium valproate alone,while the observation group was treated with sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 94%(47/50)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 64%(32/50)in the control group(χ^2=4.060,P<0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam can not only effectively control the development of epilepsy,but also reduce adverse reactions,alleviate inflammatory reactions and improve the safety of patients with obvious clinical effects.
