重症监护室患者护理中品管圈活动的应用

目的探究品管圈活动在重症监护室患者护理中的应用效果。方法纳入本院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的104重症监护室患者,分组方法以“电脑随机匹配”为主,分对照组(52例,予以常规护理方法)和观察组(52例,予以品管圈活动方式),对比两组护理后的患者满意度和并发症发生率。结果观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。观察组的不良反应的发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论将品管圈活动这一管理模式应用到重症监护室患者的护理中,不仅能够减少患者不良反应的发生,而且也降低了投诉率,提升了患者对护理的满意度,应用效果也很明显。

Effect of Quality Control Circle Activities on Nursing Care of Patients in Intensive Care Unit

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in the nursing of patients in intensive care unit.Methods 104 ICU patients admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups:the control group(52 cases,given routine nursing method)and the observation group(52 cases,given quality control circle activity method).The satisfaction of patients and the incidence of complications after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying quality control circle activity to the nursing of patients in intensive care unit can not only reduce the adverse reactions,but also reduce the rate of complaints,improve patients’satisfaction with nursing,and the application effect is obvious.
