新医改形势下现代医院管理制度的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on Modern Hospital Management System Under the New Medical Reform Situation

Chinese hospital management system is an important reflection of Chinese national conditions and economic development.The Modern Hospital Management System from the embryonic form has attracted much attention.As early as 1995,some scholars put forward and summarized the modern hospital system.The modern hospital management system is the implementation and embodiment of the government management mechanism in medical institutions,it is not only related to the reform of the medical management system,but also the foundation of pushing the hospital management to be scientific,refined and standardized.Under the new medical reform situation,with the deepening of the medical market reform,how to make the modern hospital management system truly adapt to the new situation and better serve the construction of Chinese medical and health service system,it is worth thinking deeply about by hospital management workers.This article analyzes and discusses the theoretical development,implementation and existing problems of modern hospital management system,in order to provide more basis for the further improvement of modern hospital management system under the new medical reform situation.
