新生儿疾病筛查质量管理中存在的问题与对策

目的分析新生儿疾病筛查质量管理中存在的问题,结合其问题有针对性的提出管理对策。方法选取2016年1月—2019年1月我院接收的300例采血新生儿,按照随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组均为150例,对照组采取常规管理,观察组在常规管理基础上加强质量管理,观察两组筛查率、血标本合格率。结果观察组筛查率、血标本合格率分别为98.00%、100.00%,对照组筛查率、血标本合格率分别为88.00%、90.00%,观察组筛查率、血标本合格率均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿疾病筛查中存在血涂片质量、筛查制度及健康教育等质量问题,必须针对以上质量管理问题,由针对性的制定质量管理方案,加强健康教育宣传力度,对新生儿疾病筛查制度进行完善,同时,政府应给予更多支持和鼓励,不断对质量管理进行优化、改进,从而提升筛查率及血标本合格率。

Problems and Countermeasures in Neonatal Disease Screening Quality Management

Objective To analyze the problems in neonatal disease screening quality management,combined with its problems to put forward management countermeasures.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,300 newborn blood samples received in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.Each group had 150 cases.The control group adopted routine management,while the observation group strengthened quality management on the basis of routine management.Results The screening rate and the qualified rate of blood samples in the observation group were 98.00%and 100.00%,respectively;the screening rate and the qualified rate of blood samples in the control group were 88.00%and 90.00%,respectively.The screening rate and the qualified rate of blood samples in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal disease screening blood smear in the quality problem such as quality,screening system and health education,must according to the above quality management issues,formulated by the specific quality management scheme,to enhance the publicity on health education,to perfect system of neonatal disease screening,at the same time,the government should give more support and encouragement,and constantly optimize the quality management and improvement,so as to improve the screening rate and qualified rate of blood specimen.
