无创呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的探讨无创呼吸机辅助治疗呼吸衰竭的临床价值。方法随机将本院2017年8月—2018年8月收治的90例呼吸衰竭患者分为两组,每组45例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果对照组pH值、心率、呼吸频率、动脉血氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen,PaO2)及动脉二氧化碳分压(arterial carbon dioxide tension,PaCO2)分别为(6.98±0.04)、(98.07±7.56)次/min、(30.18±2.57)次/min、(57.16±2.53)mmHg、(76.25±5.49)mmHg;观察组分别为(7.48±0.06)、(82.41±7.17)次/min、(23.21±2.08)次/min、(69.55±2.78)mmHg、(63.62±6.05)mmHg;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机辅助治疗呼吸衰竭效果显著。

Clinical Observation of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Respiratory Failure

Objective To explore the clinical value of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure.Methods 90 patients with respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,45 in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results Control group pH value,heart rate,respiratory rate,partial pressure of oxygen(partial pressure of oxygen,PaO2 and arterial carbon dioxide tension(arterial carbon dioxide tension,PaCO2 were(6.98±0.04),(98.07±7.56)times/min,(30.18±2.57)times/min,(57.16±2.53)mmHg,(76.25±5.49)mmHg;observation groups were(7.48±0.06),(82.41±7.17)times/min,(23.21±2.08)times/min,(69.55±2.78)mmHg,(63.62±6.05)mmHg;the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator is effective in the treatment of respiratory failure.
