医院药事管理在临床药学服务的应用价值研究

目的探究临床药学服务当中应用医院药事管理应用效果。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月本院收治的200例患者作为研究目标,并将其中100例并未实施药事管理的患者纳入到参照组,实施药事管理的100例患者纳入到观察组,对两组患者用药服务价值进行对比分析。结果两组不良反应观察组(5例)显著低于参照组(50例),两组数据差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=50.784,P<0.05)。服务满意度对照组(85%)远高于参照组(50%)。两组数据差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=27.9202,P<0.05)。结论临床药学服务当中应用医院药事管理能够更好的提升服务质量,降低患者用药后不良反应,提升服务满意度。

Study on the Application Value of Hospital Pharmacy Management in Clinical Pharmaceutical Care

Objective To explore the application effect of hospital pharmacy management in clinical pharmacy service.Methods 200 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research targets,and 100 of them without drug administration were included in the reference group and 100 patients with drug administration were included in the observation group.The drug service values of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The adverse reactions in the observation group(5 cases)were significantly lower than those in the control group(50 cases).the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=50.784,P<0.05).The service satisfaction of the control group(85%)was much higher than that of the reference group(50%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=27.9202,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospital pharmacy management in clinical pharmacy service can better improve service quality,reduce adverse reactions of patients after medication,improve service satisfaction,and has clinical promotion value.
