观察益气养心汤方治疗26例冠心病的效果

目的对冠心病患者采用益气养心汤方治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择医院收治的51例冠心病患者作为研究对象,选取时间段为2018年1月—2018年12月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为中药组和西药组,中药组有26例,西药组有25例。采用益气养心汤对中药组进行治疗,采用常规西医的方式对西药组进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果中药组的总有效率明显高于西药组,两组比较经过检验(P<0.05)。中药组的不良反应发生率与西药组比较没有太大差异,经过检验(P>0.05)。结论针对冠心病患者采用益气养心汤治疗具有很好的效果,而且不良反应少。

To Observe the Effect of Yiqi Yangxin Decoction on 26 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangxin Decoction in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 51 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.The time period was from January 2018 to December 2018.According to the random number table method,they were divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.There were 26 cases in Chinese medicine group.There are 25 cases in the western medicine group.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Yiqi Yangxin Decoction,and the western medicine group was treated by conventional Western medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group.The comparison between the two groups was tested(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was not much different from that in the western medicine group,and it was tested(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with Yiqi Yangxin Decoction has a good effect and less adverse reactions.
