| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨安奇静脉注射和静脉口服序贯疗法治疗小儿呼吸道感染的疗效和成本效果分析。方法 :将 40例临床诊断为呼吸道感染的病儿 ,随机分为安奇静脉注射组和安奇静脉 -口服序贯疗法组 ,观察临床疗效并作成本 -效果分析。结果 :两组临床有效率均为 85 % ,在药物经济学上安奇静脉 -口服序贯疗法优于安奇静脉注射组。结论 :安奇抗菌谱广、安全 ,静脉 -口服序贯疗法治疗小儿呼吸道感染值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Anqi(amoxicillin/clavulanic acid)and to analyze the cost effect of intravenous infusion(iv)Anqi only and iv oral sequence administration of Anqi in children with respiratory disease Method:40 Patients were randomized into two groups,iv Anqi group or iv Anqi for 3 days followed by oral Anqi for 3 days,iv oral sequence Anqi group Clinical effect and cost-effect analysis were carried out Result:Clinical effective rate was 85 per cent inboth groups The cost-effect ratio of iv oral sequence Anqi group is lower than that of iv Anqi group from pharmaco-economic point of view Conclusion:Anqi is a safe antibiotic drug that covers a wide bacterial spectrum Intravenous infusion followed by oral administration of Anqi therapy is recommended |
