摘    要:目的研究高压氧(HBO)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后梗死体积及海马中一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法:用线栓塞SD大鼠右大脑中动脉,造成局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,在HBO和高压空气(HBA)治疗下,观察不同时间点脑梗死体积和海马中NO含量的改变。结果:脑缺血1h后出现明显梗死灶,且随再灌注时间延长而逐渐扩大,海马中NO含量明显增高(P<0.01);经HBO治疗后,明显地抑制梗死灶的扩大(P<0.05),NO含量明显降低(P<0.05);HBA对脑梗死灶扩大和NO含量无明显抑制作用(P>0.05)。结论:HBO可抑制大鼠局灶性脑缺血梗死灶的扩大和降低NO含量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on focal cerebralischemic injury and nitric oxide (NO) content in hippocampus of rats. Methods: The right middle cere-bral artery(MCA) was occluded in a SD rat by the insertion of a nylon thread, and then the model of fo-cal ischemic brain injury for reperfusion was induced. The infarct volume and the NO content were mea-sured after the treatment of HBO and hyperbaric air(HBA) at 30 min, 1 , 2 and 4 h. Results: One hourafter the cerebral ischemia, an obvious infarct developed. It enlarged gradually with the time of reperfu-sion and the NO content increased significantly in rats' hippocampus (P < 0.01 ). After being treatedwith the HBO, the infarct volume was controlled significantly (P < 0.05) and the NO content decreasedsignificantly (P < 0.05). However, the HBA did not have the significant effects on controlling the in-farction and NO content (P > 0.05). Conclusion: HBO can control the foci of the focal cerebral infarc-tion and decrease the NO content in rats' hippocampus.
