| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同的药物治疗方案对幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染的消化性溃疡疾病的成本－效果。方法：运用药物经济学成本－效果分析法对4组治疗方案即A组：奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林＋甲硝唑；B组：兰索拉唑＋阿莫西林＋甲硝唑；C组：奥美拉唑＋克拉霉素＋甲硝唑；D组：兰索拉唑＋丽珠胃三联（枸橼酸铋钾－克拉霉素－替硝唑）进行分析评价。结果：4组方案的成本－效果比（C／E），HE消除：A9.08,B8.56,C12.05,D12.97；溃疡治愈：A8.62,B8.23,C11.44,D13.65。结论：B组为最佳治疗方案，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the cost effectiveness of the various drug treatment schemes in peptic ulcer of HP infection. METHODS: Four groups treatment schemes (group A: omeprazole amoxicillin metronidazole; group B: lansoprazole amoxicillin metronidazole, group C: omeprazole clarithromycin metronidazole, group D: lansoprazole Li Zhu three stomachic drug unite) were evaluated by means of the cost effectiveness analytic methods of drug economics. RESULTS: The cost effectiveness ratio for 4 groups was HP eraduation: A 9.08, B 8.56, C 12.05, D 12.97; ulcer healing: A 8.62, B 8 23, C 11.44, D 13.65. CONCLUSION: The best treatment scheme is group B, and may be worth spreading application. |
