| 摘 要： | 目的 改革基础护理班次和工作流程,提高基础护理质量。方法 某老年病房自2007年6月将传统的基础护理晨晚班（6：00-10：00,18：00-22：00）和中午班（8：00-15：00）改革为基础护理早班（6：00-14：00）和晚班（14：00-22：00）,并调整工作流程。使用基础护理质量效果评价表对护士完成的基础护理工作进行评价。结果 基础护理质量得分由改革前的（94.68±1.38）分提高至（97.70±1.43）分（t=10.75,P〈0.01）。结论 基础护理早班和晚班的设立,满足了老年患者对基础护理的需求。

| Abstract: | Objective To reform the shift of basic nursing and the work procedures to improve the quality of basic nurisng. Methods In June, 2007, the original shift arrangement （morning-and-evening shift： 6：00-10：00; day shift： 8：00-15：00） was changed to morning shift （6：00-14：00） and evening shift （14：00-22：00）, and adjustments were made to the work procedures accordingly. Basic nursing was assessed with the use of Basic Nursing Assessment Form. Results Score for the nursing work were increased from （94.68±1.38） to （97.70±1.43） （t=10.75, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Establishment of morning and evening shifts better satisfies the elderly patients＇ nursing need. |
