慢性疲劳综合征患者食物不耐受检测的临床意义

目的探讨食物不耐受在慢性疲劳综合征发病机制及治疗中的意义。方法对56例慢性疲劳综合征患者进行食物不耐受检测,把三种以上食物不耐受患者随机分为饮食调整治疗组和对照组,应用疲劳量表、疲劳评定量表于治疗前和治疗1个月后各评价1次。结果慢性疲劳综合征患者食物不耐受阳性率92.9%,50%患者具有三种以上食物不耐受;对饮食调整治疗组患者进行饮食调整后,症状改善明显(P<0.05)。结论食物不耐受可能是慢性疲劳综合征的致病因素之一,饮食调整对慢性疲劳综合征治疗有效。

Clinical significance of the detection of food intolerances in chronic fatigue syndrom patients

Objective To probe into the significance of food intolerances in chronic fatigue syndrome patients.Methods 56 cases with chronic fatigue syndrome were detected for food intolerance;all the patients were divided into randomly treatment group and control group,and then evaluated the patients with FS and FAI one month before and after the treatment.Results The positive rate of chronic fatigue syndrome patients with food intolerance was 92.9%.Half patients had three kinds of or more food intolerances,the symptoms were significantly improved after they accepted the food adjustment.Conclusion Food intolerance plays an important role in chronic fatigue syndrome.Food adjustment therapy has bettetr effect in relieving chronic fatigue syndrome.
