法人治理结构体制下的医院组织架构与职能

我国正在进行以建立现代化医院管理体制为目标的公立医院管理改革,建立法人治理结构为核心的现代化医院管理体制势在必行。建立与法人治理结构相一致、与医院组织特性相称的医院组织架构及管理部门职能,就成为目前我们亟待解决的课题。笔者经过近十年的理论探索与实践印证,总结提出了＂法人治理结构体制下的医院组织架构与职能＂,在实践应用中取得了良好的效果。中国的医院管理体制与运营机制的变革必须通过组织架构的变革来保障其顺利的实施。通过实施＂法人治理结构体制下的医院组织架构及职能＂的变革,改变我国医院管理的＂行政化与官员化＂,实现管理的＂职业化与专业化＂,从而加速我国医院管理的现代化进程,实现＂解放生产力、发展生产力、优化生产力＂的目的。
