孤立性肺结节CT成像技术的研究

孤立性肺结节(SPN)是指肺实质内单发的、直径≤3cm的圆形或类圆形结节,不伴有明显的肺不张、卫星病灶或局部淋巴结肿大。SPN是一种常见的放射学征象,是多种良、恶性疾病的共同表现,临床上没有特殊的症状,常常在影像学检查时偶然发现。因此,SPN良、恶性的鉴别诊断一直是影像诊断的难点。目前,CT以其较高的密度和时间分辨力成为SPN检查的主要手段,并从20世纪偏重于形态学研究发展到了形态与功能相结合的时代。现主要介绍SPNCT检查的功能成像技术以及这些成像技术在SPN鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。

New progress about CT Tomography of Solitary Pulmonary Nodules

Solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN)is a single,round or oval-like nodus smaller than 3 cm in diameter,which is not accompanied by obvious atelectasis,satellite or regional lymphadenectasi.SNP is a common sign in radiology,and the common phenomena of benign and malignant diseases.There is no specific signs in clinic of this node.This is often found occasionally in the imaging examinantion.So benign or malignant differential diagnosis of SPN is always the nodus in imaging diagnosis.At present,CT is becoming the main method detecting SPN because of its higher density or temporal resolution,which is developing from outweighting of morphology to combination of formand function in 20 centuries.This article mainly reviews functional imaging of CT in SPN and its clinical application value in differential diagnosis of SNP.
