运用组织芯片技术研究cyclin E在鼻咽癌中的表达及其意义

目的 运用组织芯片技术研究鼻咽癌组织中细胞周期调控因子cyclin E的表达及其意义。方法 采用组织芯片技术制作50例鼻咽癌组织芯片，同时用SP免疫组织化学方法检测鼻咽癌组织芯片cyclin E的表达。结果 50例鼻咽癌中，cyclin E阳性16例，强阳性8例，阳性率为48％，有颈淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌cyclin E阳性表达显著高于无颈淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌（P〈0．01）。结论 cyclin E在鼻咽癌中高表达，且与鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移密切相关，cyclin E可能作为生物标志物预测鼻咽癌预后。

Expression of cyclin E in nasopharyngeal carcinoma by using tissue chip technique

Objective To study expression of cyclin E in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) using tissue chip technique.Methods Fifty cases of NPC tissue chips were prepared using tissue chip technique,and expression of cyclin E in NPC tissue chip was studied using SP immunohistochemical methods.Results Among 50 cases of NPC,expression of cyclin E was positive and strongly positive in 16 and 8 cases,respectively.The positive expression of cyclin E was obviously higher in nodal metastasis of NPC than in no nodal metastasis.Conclusion The high expression of cyclin E in NPC and its correlation with nodal metastasis suggest that the expression of cyclin E might be considered as a reference indicator for prognosis of NPC.
