创伤病人手术期低体温的护理

目的探讨创伤病人手术期低体温的危害及积极预防低体温的临床价值。方法将90例创伤手术病人，采用随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组采用低体温预防措施。观察两组麻醉苏醒时间，手术后寒战、低血压发生，手术期体温的变化情况。结果两组在15min内麻醉苏醒时间比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），15-30min苏醒时间比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），30min后苏醒时间比较有显著差异性（P〈0．01）；手术后寒战、低血压，手术期体温变化的比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论创伤病人手术期低体温对机体危害很大，术中采取积极预防低体温的护理措施，可降低手术后并发症发生有重要的临床意义。

The Low Temperature's Care of Wound Patients In Surgery

Objective To study the low temperature's harm of wound patients in surgery and prevent the clinical value of low temperature positively.
