| Abstract: | With the intellectual property rights system established and improving in China, People grad- ually realized the importance and urgency of the intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine. Now we analyzd its current status and impact factors, and proposed the strategy of strengthing the intellectual property protection, to promote the internationalization development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. |
