| 摘 要： | 采用ＵＶ法测定７名哮喘患者单用氨茶碱和合用醋酸泼尼松后的稳态血清和唾液茶碱浓度。结果显示合用组与单用组茶碱的药动学参数分别为：Ｋ：０．１２８和０．０９９（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ｔ１／２：６．３和８．６（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＡＵＣ：５１．４０和７７．０１（Ｐ＜０．０５）；合用组Ｖｄ的ＳＤ较大（Ｐ＜０．００１）。泼尼松使唾液／血清浓度比值不稳定。提示泼尼松使茶碱代谢加快，分布改变。

| Abstract: | Serum and saliva theophylline concentration was determined
before,after prednisone administration in 7 asthma patients.The pharmacokinetics parameters
of combined and uncombined groups were :K.0.218 and 0.099(P<0. 01),T_(1/2)6.3 and(P<0.05) ,
AUC.51. 4 and 77.0(P<0. 05).respectively Vd of combined group had greater
SD(P<0.001).Prednisonemade the ratio of S/P unstable. It suggested that prednisone increased
the elimination, changed the distribution and reduced theaccuracy of indirect monitoring of
Saliva concentration. |
