复方蛇总管液的制备抗菌试验和疗效观察

复方蛇总管液是由大叶蛇总、九里香、假茉莉、地谂、疏忽蓼五种草药组成的药液。该药液经广西壮族自治区药检所协助做抗菌试验，５０％的药液深度已能对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草杆菌有较强的抑制作用。用于治疗开放感染性骨折，设治疗组和对照组，治疗组３４０例，治愈率９９％；且２７０例，治愈率９０％，两组对比，疗效以治疗组为佳。

Observation on the preparation antibiotic test and the curative effect of shezongguan compound

ThisShezongguan preparation compound consists of five kinds of traditionaal chinese medical herbs:Da ye she zong guan,Jiu li xiang jasmine, jia laili , di nian and shu hu liao. It was tested by Guangxi Medieal Testing Institute. Even 50 percent con-centration of this preparation has a good inhibitory effect on the growth of S.aureus,Streptococcus hemolygicus,P. aerugi-nosa and C. albicans. It is useful for the treatment of open infectional fracture. We have two groups of patients,a treatedgroup of 340 patients and a comparative group of 270 patients. The group treated with the preparation has 99 percent curerate. The other group has only 90 percent cure rate. Obviously,the treated group has a better effect.
