| 摘 要： | 根据盐酸麻黄碱和酸性染料溴麝香草酚蓝在ｐＨ５．８的硝酸盐缓冲液中形成的络合物可被氯仿定量提取，并且提取液在４２０ｎｍ波长处具有最大吸收的原理，采用酸性染料比色法测定了鼻炎糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量，其平均回收率为１００．５８％（ＲＳＤ＝１．７８％），方法简单，快速准确，灵敏度高。

| Abstract: | The rhinitis syrup was soaked in pH 5.8 phosphate buffer solution allowing
ephedrine hydrochloride to form complexeswith bromothymole coerule,the complexe in chloroform
was extracted and determined at the wavelength of 420nm.Themethod was adopted for the
determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in rhinitis syrup. The average recovery of ephedrine
hy-drochloride was 100.58%(RSD=1.78%).This method is simple,rapid and accurate. |
